Happy Camp-In provides all of the makings for a memorable, themed camp-in party (theme of your choice) including complete setup and teardown. Everything you need for a fun indoor camping party is included: teepee or tent (based on theme and availability), twin-size foam mattress with waterproof cover (DIY comes with air mattresses), fitted sheet, cozy blanket, decorative pillows, personalized chalkboard, fairy lights around the teepee/tent, hanging lights between campers, banners/garland/bunting based on theme, bed tray, light up sign, flameless tea light lantern, and additional theme-related decorations. Each theme varies slightly regarding actual styling decor and is subject to availability. Space will need to be cleared prior to Happy Camp-In's arrival and the only item needed from each camper is a sleeping pillow. All items may vary from pictures and descriptions based on availability.
You can request a campsite using the contact form on this website, message us on Facebook, or send an email. Please provide your party date, number of teepees needed, requested theme, and we will get back to you promptly with availability and to complete your order. Reservations are not final until you have received confirmation from us. In addition, a refundable $100 damage deposit is required to secure your reservation.
We understand that sometimes conflicts arise, and we ask that you cancel or reschedule as soon as possible. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your event, your $100 deposit will be forfeited - the only exceptions are due to inclement weather, illness, or exposure to COVID-19 and the party must be rescheduled . Clients MUST email at least 7 days PRIOR to the scheduled event to cancel or reschedule for a future date to avoid forfeiting the deposit. We will try to accommodate your new event date, but themes and dates are subject to availability. Happy Camp-In reserves the right to cancel or reschedule at any time, but if Happy Camp-In has to cancel for any reason, a full refund of money already paid will be provided. If you have any concerns about our policy, please contact us before booking to clarify any questions you may have.
You may reduce the number campers up to 7 days prior to your event for a full refund. If you need to add campers, please reach out at least 2 weeks before your event to ensure we have enough items but availability is not guaranteed.
We service areas within a 15 mile radius of Peoria free-of-charge. Campsites outside of the 15 miles radius will incur a $3 per mile fee for every mile outside of the area for both setup and teardown. (Example - if a party is 30 miles from Peoria , the fee is $90. 15 miles for setup and 15 miles for teardown)
Our campsites are meant for any age 5+ including teens and adults. All of our campsites come with twin-size foam mattresses that are suitable and comfy for any age (5+)!
Each camper setup needs approximately 63"high x 50”W x 75”L . We require space cleared before we arrive and to be free of clutter and safe for sleeping. It is your responsibility to make sure there is enough space to accommodate the teepees with an open and unobstructed walkway to allow your campers to get in and out of the teepees safely.
We take your health and safety very seriously and follow all measures to help protect you and your little loved ones. All applicable items are washed in the washing machine and anything that cannot be machine-washed is cleaned thoroughly with disinfectant spray and sanitizer. In addition, every bed has a waterproof protectant cover and a bed sheet, which are both machine-washed after each use. Face masks are worn during setup and teardown.
For full service camp-ins, beds are a twin size, 3-inch memory foam, roll up mattress, designed for camping. Each bed is enclosed in a waterproof, washable protectant cover in addition to a fitted bed sheet. For DIY camp-ins, beds are a twin-size air mattress.
No, at this time we do not include any party favors, food, or gifts. All items are rentals and will be picked up the next day.
A damage deposit is required at the time of booking. Depending on the damage, the deposit will be used to cover the expenses.
All items are washed with hypoallergenic, nontoxic detergent and cleaner.
No, at this time our campsites are for indoor use only.
Pets should be kept away from the campsite to avoid damage and to keep pet hair from getting in the rental items. Food and drinks are to be limited to the bed tray and drinks should contain a lid. In addition, there is no smoking allowed near the campsite and violation of this will result in the loss of your damage deposit.
