*DIY requires customer to pickup at designated location, set up on their own (instructions provided), pack & return all items the following day. Design, layout, appearance and outcome of the camp-in are the client's responsibility. All items are checked prior to pick-up but incidents may occur that deem items unusable (i.e. air mattress get a hole or deflate, lights break, etc)
*DIY includes air mattresses, (slightly) less pillows, lights and tray decor due to transportation and setup requirements.

Adequate space must be available and cleared of all items prior to arrival for setup (please see picture below for sizing)
$100 deposit is required to complete reservation
All packages will include a $100 damage deposit in addition to the campsite cost above.
Full payment is due one week prior to the camp-in event.
Themes can be mixed and matched at no additional charge (based on availability).
Customization is available at a extra charge, based on theme, needs, and number of campers. I will work with you to determine fee.
Camp-ins can be extended for $25 per teepee/tent per additional night.
We service areas within a 15 mile radius of Peoria free-of-charge. Campsites outside of the 15 miles radius will incur a $3 per mile fee for every mile outside of the area for both setup and teardown. (Example - if a party is 30 miles from Peoria , the fee is $90. 15 miles for setup and 15 miles for teardown)
