How It Works

Happy Camp-In helps create memorable experiences for every occasion. We offer 2 types of service: full service and DIY.

Full Service

On the day of the party, we set up the themed campsite right in your home. We deliver, design, setup the camp-in, which includes everything needed for the campsite except a sleeping pillow (each camper will be required to bring their own).  Setup time is normally between 10am-2pm on the day of the party and determined by the time of the party and availability of Happy Camp-In staff.  On average, campsite setup takes about 60-90 minutes but fluctuates based on the number of campers and design space.   

We will return the next day between   9am-11am to teardown the camp-in. Accommodations must be made to ensure sleepover guests are free from the campsite area during teardown. You do not need to do anything else.  We will handle all of it!

Our goal is to make your camp-in as easy as possible for you while creating special memories for the campers!

DIY

Client picks-up, sets up, tears down and returns the items the next day. DIY camp-ins are supplied with the same items as full service with the exception of air mattresses instead of foam mattresses and a few less items for packing and space purposes.
